sfG Software are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician with at least 4 years’ experience for our busy office. We have a very friendly team, where customer service is a high priority, and we will provide training as required, leading to Microsoft certifications. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the IT support role for our many varied clients, from 2nd line support through to managing IT projects. The ability to work within a team as well as using your own initiative is essential. Most of the time you will be office/home based; however, there will be times where you will be required to go to a customer’s site, so your own transport is essential. The ability to bring experience and new ideas is always welcomed and supported.
There is a mandatory rota for out of hours cover (1 week/weekend in every 2 months) 7am – 8pm only.
